Charity Hung

Charity Hung is Deputy Director of the Partnership for Healthy Cities at Vital Strategies. She has over 12 years of experience in public health, public policy, and health systems strengthening, collaborating with governments, academia, communities, and NGOs to reduce health disparities and improve health and wellbeing. She began her tenure at Vital Strategies with the Bloomberg Initiative for Global Road Safety. Previously, Charity focused on population health equity and community-based participatory research at the NYU Center for the Study of Asian American Health, where she led the community engagement and advocacy approach to reduce disease disparities across AAPI communities in New York City. She also oversaw strategic and actionable patient analytics to improve health outcomes and align with Obamacare policies at CipherHealth.
