Connie Walyaro

Connie is the Executive Director of Talk AB[M]R in Kenya. She is an international development and global health/public health specialist working on antibiotic/antimicrobial resistance and investigation and management of infectious disease outbreaks . She has also provided inputs to the civil society submissions to the Economic Social and Cultural Rights (ESCR) reports to the UN committee on ESCR, and the UN High Commissioner on Human Rights during the Universal Periodic Review, while serving as Director of the East Africa Collaboration on ESCR. She is passionate about sustainable development and health equity.
