Enkhbayar Tsedendorj
Ms. Enkhbayar Tsedendorj is the founder and chairperson of the Urban Development Resource Center (UDRC) and former advisor to the Minister of construction and urban development in Mongolia. Mrs. Enkhbayar holds a Master's degree in business administration and civil engineering. She worked in the central Government and as an independent consultant, and as project manager of the first housing finance sector project, where she contributed to the bottom-up urban planning approach. She led the development of Ulaanbaatar city’s Affordable Housing Strategy Development project funded by the World Bank and later became managing director of the Financial Regulatory Committee of Mongolia. She has been involved with over twenty projects related to urban infrastructure, housing, housing finance, community development, institutional strengthening, and capacity building.
