Natasja Naegels

Natasja Naegels lives in Antwerp, Belgium. She holds Master's degrees in communication sciences and cultural studies from the University of Leuven. She also studied in New Zealand and Denmark. For the past 30 years, she has worked in the field of diversity and inclusion. She works currently as an expert on Roma for the city of Antwerp. In this position, she focuses on education and gender issues. She is the teamleader of the Roma mediators, undertakes policy work, organises projects and workshops in the field of education and gender, and gives training to organisations that work with Roma. She is a member of the Working Group Roma of Eurocities.
