Ruby Papeleras Haddad

Ruby Papeleras Haddad is the National Coordinator of the Homeless People’s Federation Philippines, Inc. (HPFPI) where she manages community organizing activities in the National Capital Region covering informal settlement areas. She manages HPFPI programs and facilitates community training in areas including savings programs, network formation, community mapping, community upgrading initiatives, community planning, and participatory approaches to housing design and materials procurement. She conducts feasibility studies, market research, and community mapping and Setttlement profiling in Muntinlupa City. She has a Bachelor of Science of Commerce from the University of San Jose Recolletos. She vast experience in community organizing, community training and education, coordination on the local and national levels, and community network formation, in addition to participatory action research, community mapping and planning.
